Kelsey Spencer is the Victorian Branch Manager and Senior Credit Insurance Specialist at PSC Trade Credit Risk, with 10+ years’ experience in trade credit insurance and credit risk management. She works closely with businesses to protect cash flow, strengthen working capital and support sustainable growth.

Kelsey specialises in structuring tailored trade credit programs across a broad range of industries, including construction, food, transport, manufacturing and retail. Her capability extends beyond policy placement to credit risk solutions, collections support, claims, PPSR registrations and bonds. Kelsey is passionate about helping clients avoid losses and expand trade with confidence, ensuring solutions align with their debtor portfolios, growth plans and commercial risk exposures.
